| R.G. Flair has four versions of hinges available to choose from. Our hinge with dimples (version 1) can be soldered onto your hoop and used with one of our top wire with loops. Simply insert your top wire into the hinge and squeeze it shut. This single step procedure will save you time and money on your assembly. The dimples will secure the top wire and allow it to move freely within the hinge. Complete your hoop with one of our catches. Standard package size is 10,000 pieces. |

Our next style hinge (version 2) has dimples to secure your top wire with loop and a tab for casting or soldering. When casting, the tab will secure your hinge into your mold to prevent it from moving out of place. The dimples will secure the top wire and allow it to move freely within the hinge. Simply insert one of our top wires with loops into the hinge and squeeze it shut. This single step procedure will save you time and money on your assembly. Complete your hoop with one of our catches. Standard package size is 10,000 pieces.

This style hinge (version 3) can be soldered onto your hoop and used with a top wire with flat and a rivet wire. You would align your top wire into the hinge so that the holes on the hinge are in the same location as the holes on the top wire. Then slide the rivet wire through the holes and cut off the left over wire. To complete the assembly you would need to flatten the cut end of the rivet wire. Complete your hoop with one of our catches. Standard package size is 10,000 pieces.
