R.G. Flair's padded posts are the highest quality available in the industry. They are assembled with a head on either side of the pad material. Unlike some less secure methods, this construction is the strongest mechanical joining process. Properly applied, this "double riveting" technique virtually assures that in the most common bend test for ear posts, the post will break before the assembly fails. With our padded post line, the ear post and pad can be manufactured with different types of materials. Our flat padded posts are most commonly used for soldering (with a 2mm, 2.5mm and 3mm pad) or for gluing with pad diameters of 4mm and larger since they provide a larger surface area. There are (5) versions available. R.G. Flair's posts are known for their smooth, burr free bullet nose and consistent quality. You can use them with our butterfly clutch or our bullet clutch. Standard package size is 10,000 pieces or 5,000 pieces for larger pads.

R.G. Flair has found a way to give you the best support needed to fuse your large or heavy findings to a post. We created a flat padded post with a fusion nib (version 5). It can be used with your white metal finding or your pewter finding. Our posts are known for their smooth, burr free bullet nose and consistent quality which will make feeding your automatic welder more cost effective. You can use them with our butterfly clutch or our bullet clutch. Standard package size is 10,000 pieces.
