R.G. Flair's padded posts are the highest quality available in the industry. They are assembled with a head on either side of the pad material. Unlike some less secure methods, this construction is the strongest mechanical joining process. Properly applied, this "double riveting" technique virtually assures that in the most common bend test for ear posts, the post will break before the assembly fails. R.G. Flair's posts are known for their smooth, burr free bullet nose and consistent quality. Our grooved pegged flat padded posts can be used to glue or embed on your half drilled flat surfaced beads. The flat surface of the pad will stabilize and the peg with center your finding upon insertion. There are (4) versions available. You can use them with our butterfly clutch or our bullet clutch. Standard package size is 1,000 pieces.
